Equal parts of oats, dates and shredded coconut, blendy blend on your blender or use a food processor (which works out a bit better), and tadaaaaa add it to your almond milk and enjoyyyyyy. Don’t eat too much of it obvs, this jar will last me for 2/3 breakfasts, and I used one mug (1 1/2 cups) of each ingredient to make this much Rawnola (it is in a litre Ball Jar).

I hope you like this recipe, I sure do! So much so that it’s hard not just to inhale as soon as I put it in a bowl.

For extra nutrition try adding 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds to the mix when blending everything. Sunflower seeds are rich in Vitamin E (which is great for making your skin look healthy and glowy), and Copper which aids with Iron absorption in the body, and works with it to make red blood cells, besides it also keeps the blood vessels, nerves, immune system, and bones healthy.
